Most of my career has been spent inside enterprise environments — large platforms, AI systems with real users, architectures stitched together from AWS Bedrock, RAG pipelines, LiteLLM, OpenSearch, agents, and a growing pile of MCP servers. Good work, mostly invisible.

gritmade is the other side of that. A place to ship the experiments that don’t fit inside an enterprise roadmap, write down the patterns that took me too long to figure out the first time, and tinker in public.

The premise

The name means built through persistence. That’s the bar. Not “polished,” not “viral” — just steady output:

  • Small apps that solve a real problem I have.
  • Architecture notes I’d want to read myself, six months from now.
  • Honest write-ups of what worked, what didn’t, and what I’d try next.

What to expect

No content treadmill. No 12-step LinkedIn posts. Just the work, and the thinking behind it.

If that sounds useful, the newsletter is the best way to follow along — and everything else lives under projects and blog.
